Ray Mascaro & Co. Pty. Ltd. was established in 1963 by Mr. Ray Butler, providing a specialised service in Real Estate.

Since 1971 under the Directorship of Mr. Ray Mascaro, the company has grown to be one of the industries leaders in the Northern Suburbs, specialising in all facets of residential and commercial real estate from sales and marketing to property management and investment.

We are proud of our reputation as a dynamic progressive organisation, a reputation built solidly on a business philosophy aimed at providing quality service.

We believe we have achieved this by striving to provide ‘Service with Excellence’ donated in our mission statement and recently acknowledged through 2000 Australian Achiever Awards where our office was nominated with the Highly Commendable Award for Melbourne’s Real Estate Sales & Rental Services together with the Best Winner –Overall for the 2000, 2001 & 2003 Business Awards in the Northcote-Preston Division.
